Position: Independent Sales Representative - Commission-based with both flat commissions and recurring revenue on ongoing accounts
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our outdoor cleaning company. In this role, you will be generating leads and closing sales for our range of exterior cleaning and maintenance services, including power washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, construction cleanup, and seasonal upkeep to potential commercial and residential clients. This is commission-based, if you love sales and are great at it we want to show you the value we bring to the industry and have you to sell for us.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, in-person meetings, and digital outreach.
Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored cleaning solutions.
Sales Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with company capabilities and standards.
Continuously nurture client relationships with the company for future services and upsells.
Experience:
Some sales experience is helpful but not required. Customer service experience is a must. We are seeking highly motivated sales and customer-oriented individuals that will represent our brand in a positive manner.
A criminal background check will be required to protect our customers.
Pay:
This job is commission only with a highly competitive commission rate with reoccurring commissions on continuous contracts For an effective salesperson, income potential is high especially if reoccurring commissions become stacked. We provide all training material to be able to work with clients and close deals, as well as a platform to work quotes from and communicate with us. This is an excellent job either as a side hustle, a full-time job for a skilled salesperson or a prospective salesperson looking to gain experience and extra income. We are happy to provide sales guidance to assist our salespeople as needed.
